When I saw Nush tweet out this new product on Monday, I knew I had to get my hands on this asap. I got myself over to Food for Thought in Guildford on Wednesday just after their delivery and boom, they were MINE!
Sometimes an easy meal is required in my household. A bung it in the oven type situation. I’m in the process of moving house which is so manic, so something I could leave to cook is ideal some evenings.
Marks & Spencer seem to be on a mission at the moment, bringing out new vegan options left, right and center. Along with this vegan chicken replacement, I’ve tried their Coconut & Cocoa Drink and their Edamame Veggie Burgers, both of which were amazing!
I avoid caffeine at all costs, it doesn’t agree with me anymore so I am always looking for decaf alternatives. Barleycup have a range of decaffeinated cereal drinks including Barleycup granules, powder and even a version with dandelion!
Jelly was always one of those things I loved in the pre-vegan days and if I’m honest, when I was younger I was unaware what it was made of. It held fond memories of jelly and ice cream at birthday parties when I was a kid (just a British thing?!), so when finding out it contains gelatine and what exactly that is, I started phasing it out.
