Getting in your five a day can be a struggle but The Plantifull Food Co. are here to lend a helping hand. This fantastic range includes all of your five a day, is gluten-free, high in fibre, a source of protein, under 400-calories and free from preservatives, additives and palm oil. To top it off, not only are these little pots of goodness, they’re lush!
I am a big fan of The Plantifull Food Co., so much so that they asked me to be a Brand Ambassador for them. This love affair began with their Creamy Mac, this dish is just to convenient and delicious – One of the best vegan mac and cheese’s I’ve had.
Now, onto the new range! I absolutely love the idea behind this – Getting in your five a day in one pot. The two pots in this range are very different but both equally as delicious – Coronation Chickpea and Asian Teriyaki.
Now, I have a confession. As a Brit I feel as if I should have loved Coronation Chicken in the pre-vegan days but growing up it was my idea of hell! This vegan take is the other end of the spectrum for me – Absolutely delicious! The apricots add a great element of sweetness which I am a big fan of. I served this with rice but I can imagine it working well in a sarnie too – The proper way!

The Asian Teriyaki was gorgeous. A rich sauce, flavoursome sauce with lots of different veggies which had the perfect amount of crunch – It’s quite common that veggies in the microwave go wrong but this dish was perfect! I found this to be very filling as I had it alone but I think it would go well with rice or noodles too.
Overall, I am loving this new range from The Plantifull Food Co. Both dishes have a great amount of flavour and are full of goodness!
