Vietnamese eatery Pho (pronounced ‘fuh’) was the place of choice for another Christmas meal with friends and I was so pleased with the vegan options.
We dined in the Wimbledon branch which was the perfect place for drinks (before AND after, of course), but there are many locations which can be found on their website here.
For my starter, I had veggie spring rolls which were perfectly crispy and served with a rich, delicious peanut sauce. My mouth is watering just thinking about these, I can’t wait to go back and have them again!
For my main I had the tofu and mushroom wok-fried noodles which was so yummy and such a good sized portion! When ordering this as a vegan, ask for no fish sauce when cooking (this is replaced with soy).
Other vegan options at Pho include pho noodle soup with mushrooms or tofu, curry with tofu and even banana fritters or sorbet for dessert. The full list of these options can be found here.
