A few weeks back I was strolling along Lymington High Street looking at different bits on the market like gingerNut, freshly baked bread and second hand goods, amongst other stuff. Then I came across Chef Bernie‘s stand.
I came across Fit 4 a Kiing at the Kingston Yoga & Vegan Festival, hosted by Yogific. This was a great event with so many different brands but Fit 4 a Kiing were one that caught my eye.
I was firstly intrigued by the charcoal face mask. I had been keen to try a charcoal mask for a while and to hear it’s an exfoliating one was a massive benefit too. I love when taking a mask off that it has that something a little bit extra.
The Kingston Yoga & Vegan Festival by Yogific had a lively Facebook page with announcements of brands who were attending and activities that were arranged. The one post that excited me the most was one from Coco Caravan announcing that they were bringing along Easter eggs.
I couldn’t describe my excitement when I heard that Stu Henshall was hosting a plant based supper club at The Boileroom, I got my tickets booked straight away! This included a three course meal, a cocktail and live music which sounded like the perfect way to spend Valentine’s Day.
I came across Kingston Yoga & Vegan Festival on Facebook and was interested straight away. A place with vegan food and yoga in one place sounded right up my street… and the cheapness, oh, the cheapness! £5 for a ticket?! It’s unusual to see any type of ticket that price anymore, even my daily train ticket to work costs more!
